Graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno, Behr did his honors and Ph.D. in Reproductive Physiology. Did BS in Biology from San Diego State University.
Completed MS (honors) with an emphasis in Reproductive Physiology, Ph.D. in Biology with an emphasis in Reproductive Physiology from the University of Nevada-Reno.
